The village hall at Glemsford has 3 separate rooms which are bookable.
The first is the main hall, this is a large room with windows and heating and a small carpeted area. There are two hatches to the kitchen and a door to the kitchen. This hall has a cupboard containing fold up tables and chairs, which are available to use when you book the hall.
There is an additional charge for having a bouncy castle and the maximum height permitted is 9foot or 2.7metres, to avoid damange to the ceiling.
The Second room is the Heritage room, this is a lovely room with high ceilings, heating, windows and a door leading outside to the play area. There are two internal doors from the heritage room; one leads to the main corridor and access to the kitchen, the other leads to another corridor leading to the toilets and library and back to the main hall. There is a cupboard with chairs and a small number of tables available to use.
The Third room is the Old Library, this is due to be refurbished / redocorated and is a good option for a meeting room or smaller class. It has a carpeted floor, heating, skylight and doors to the front porch or the the rear corridor which leads to the ladies toilets.

Please specify the room you want to book on your booking form, if nothing is stated the Main Hall will be assumed.
Payment for bookings is due no later than 10 days prior to your booking, and can be made by Bank Transfer (details on booking form) or by cheque.
Hall Sizes
Main Hall - 16m x 10m and 2.8 maximum height. The Alcove is an additional 9m x4m and is carpetted.
Heritage Room - 10m x 7m and 2.5m high (no bouncy castles permitted)
The Old library - 6.5m x 6.5m and 2.5m high, this room is carpetted.
